NevoLight Technologies uses information you choose to provide to respond to inquiries and discuss potential services.

Information we collect

The contact form asks for your name, email, optional company, service interest, and message. Please do not submit passwords, health information, financial account details, or other sensitive information.

How information is used

Inquiry information is used to respond to you, assess your request, and maintain business correspondence. We do not sell inquiry information or automatically subscribe you to marketing.

Service providers

The website uses Vercel for hosting, Neon for database storage, Resend for inquiry notifications, Cloudflare for DNS and spam protection, and Better Auth backed by Neon for restricted administrator authentication. These providers process information needed to perform their services. Production pages use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate website usage measurement.

Security and retention

Access to inquiries is restricted to authorized administrators. Anti-abuse controls use a salted hash derived from connection information, rather than storing raw IP addresses in the contact rate-limit table. Administrator authentication can retain session connection information and user-agent details for access security. Business correspondence is retained while needed to respond to requests and meet legitimate business or legal obligations; it is reviewed for deletion when no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted by using the Contact page and identifying the original inquiry. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
